CURRENT MODELS OF ORGANIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The paper examines the current model of organization and social interaction in the health system. Model of social development depend on the state of the ideological approach to the organization and functioning of the social spheres. The role of the state, which is to determine the needs of the community in the short and long term. Consider the classical model of the welfare state - the residual and institutional. The basic principles and the implementation of the models. Identifies methods of social policy in health care.
