INSTITUTIONAL AND STRUCTURAL CHANGES IN THE GENERAL EDUCATION SYSTEM AS AN OGRANIZATIONAL FACTOR FOR TEACHERS PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
The paper studies the main directions of the Russian state policy in the field of education and the results of experimental controlling activities in the sphere of education in Khabarovsky krai. The authors examine the possibilities for innovations in present conditions and the prospects of their mass dissemination, as well as the problems of transition of the Russian educational system to a new stage of innovation development.
