CIVILIZATION AS A NEW ACTOR OF GEOPOLITICS
Civilizations are in the modern world, as new actors of geopolitics more declare about itself along with by the saving the positions state, and by numerous alternatives to him. Civilizations are difficult on the structure. Difficult is a question about correlation of civilizations and empires. In spite of presence various actors of geopolitics in the world of postmodern, civilizations will occupy it deserving place in him.
