Service Sphere and Problems of its Devel-opment in Modern Conditions
In market economy the service sphere is very important. In Russian economy the rates of growth of service sphere have noticeably surpassed the rates of growth of goods manufacture during last years. Service sphere development is the most important factor to raise people’s living standards and quality of life. In practice the services not always correspond to needs of population. The analysis of Khabarovsk economy has allowed revealing a number of negative tendencies in service sphere, including education system as one of the most problem areas.
