SYSTEM OF RATIONAL ZONING OF THE CITY OF KHABAROVSK AS AN ELEMENT OF ITS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

The system of strategic planning and management of city development requires instruments for planning consumer market development. One of the instruments is a city zoning system, i.e. a determination of zones and points of growth for trade and catering. The determination of zones allows to systemize a city area to determine attractiveness for investment programs, to form the optimal number of retail space and catering seats for necessary minimum level of life quality of population in these zones, to determine the strategies for zone development by stakeholders.
