Macro– and Micro-economic Approaches to Determine the Degree of Innovation Development
The contribution of scientific-engineering component into economic growth of our country during the studied period has been minimal. The analysis of the state of innovation processes in investment-constructional complex of Russia enables to reveal the basic problems, in particular the problems of methodology and account of innovation activities. European approach to innovation statistics differs greatly from that one accepted in Russia: the Europeans are interested not only in new technologies but mainly in the results of their application.
