USE OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF FAST-FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE CITY OF KHABAROVSK
Public catering is a specific sector of the economy, which performs three functions: production, sales and organization of consumption. Exercising these functions, which are usually organically connected and overlapping in time and space, public catering satisfies one of the basic personal needs – the need for food. Multifaceted functions of catering facilities determine perspective lines of development and progress trends.
