REGULATION OF LAND RELATIONS ON THE TERRITORY OF MUNICIPAL ENTITIES USING COMPLEX ZONING

This paper considers possible use of complex zoning to enhance efficiency in utilizing lands on the municipal territory. The study made allow one to realize the system of land use regulations and development that will facilitate the sustainable development of the municipal entity.
