CREATION OF MUNICIPAL AUTOTRANSPORT SYSTEMS WITH CONSIDERATION FOR WEATHER AND CLIMATE FACTORS

Operation and development of passenger transport is analyzed. Basic features of production realized by enterprises of public transport are considered. Factors that influence the creation and development of the regional public transport system are given. Set of the most important measures which the Federal targeted program “Modernization of the Russia’s transport system” must include are proposed.
