SYNTHESIS OF THE ROBUST AQM ROUTER QUEUE CONTROLLER
Based on the fluid-flow TCP model the nominal time-delayed plant is presented. Using the Popov absolute criterion the robust control algorithm for class of uncertain objects is developed.
