CONCEPTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF MEDICAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE PUBLIC HEALTH SYSTEM IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
State policy in public health is directed to achievement of medical services availability and realization of guaranties of getting free medical care. Development of medical services is based upon a concept of contemporary development of public health system of the Russian Federation. This concept includes a concept of risk factors of diseases development, a concept of economic effectiveness, a concept of regional public health systems and a concept of innovative development of public health.
