Problem of the Structure Formation of the Backbone Network

The new approach to the structure formation of the backbone network of tele-communication system is proposed, which takes into account the weight of graph’s top which depends on the edges attached to the top. This is the case that communication channels of several providers are used. The statement of the problem of the structure formation for the backbone network as the development that covers trees with the set system of restrictions is given. The results obtained may be of use to developers and managers of telecommunication systems.
