THE STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCE OF SOLAR DAZZLING ON SEVERITY OF ROAD ACCIDENTS
The article considers the information from mass media (newspapers, magazines, the Internet) on 1600 road accidents happened since 2000 till 2009. The author carried out statistical analysis of road accidents occurred under solar dazzling and obtained the results about severity of the accident consequences. Road accident classification has been made depending on the number of participants and damaged vehicles, location and time, accident type and vehicle type.
