The Principles of Regional Quality Management on Railway Transport
One of the major factors which ensure the achievement of strategic goals of "Russian Railways", Ltd. is a corporative system of quality management. Construction of such system is based on systems approach and methodology of quality management for improving all business and technological processes in the company. During introduction of quality management system the essential condition is realization of fundamental principles of quality management defined by GOST R ISO 9001:2008. Without use of these principles neither enterprises, nor branches of industry including railway transport cannot achieve a success and be competitive.
