Resource Potential as a Factor of Estimation of State and Development of a Construction Enterprise
At the present stage of development when the external environment of functioning becomes considerably complicated the problem of enterprise sustainable development has not only lost the importance but received the new aspects. One of the key problems of construction enterprises in the conditions of competitiveness is maintenance of necessary level of resource potential with structure and industrial characteristics that would meet requirements of rapid scientific and technical development.
