Regional Aspects of Under Age Children Neglect (on the material of an experts poll conducted in the city of Vladivostok)

Under age children neglect is one of the most critical problems in present-day Russia now as before. Analysis of experts opinions on this matter is very important for study of reasons of the phenomenon and development of preventive measures.
