Investment in Human Assets of Construction Industry
Enterprises of construction industry faces with problems connected with increase of labor motivation, improvement of well-being during the periods of productive activity and retirement, retention of workers in enterprise, raising educational level and interest of employers in investing in human assets. These problems can be solved by using participative management based on property of enterprise workers.
