Formation Conditions and Regulations of Regional Trust Fund of Mineral Primary Complex

Trust funds act as a necessary subject in economic-organizing mechanism of market regulation. Trust funds prove to be effective at the process of realization of development strategies for territories and infrastructure. In order to establish a regional trust fund a sequence and tasks for each stage of fund formation have to be determined. Singling out of departments in the structure of a trust fund determines not only functions of each division, but also combines efforts of all enterprises of mining and processing complex to make conditions for effective economic management.
