The model and the research of the regional macroeconomy based on production B-function
The mathematical model of regional macroeconomics of the Russian Federation developed on the basis of industrial B-function is given in this article. The mathematical model takes into account features of the existing budget system of the Russian Federation. The transient processes, the changeover of the regional economy into the mode of the balanced growth of the economic development are investigated. On the basis of the Pontryagin maximum principle and classic variation calculation the problem of optimal management of the regional economic system has been solved. The optimal management for an infinite horizon of planning has been examined.
