The role of scientific community in reforming public power in Russia
The reform of public authority activities, which is being carried out in Russia, demands a significant mental potential. Such potential appears to exist in scientific research institutes and higher educational institutions of the country. Joining the scientific community in scientific and methodical support of administrative reform will promote developing educational and scientific activities. It will also bring the theory closer to practice in training future experts.
