Preconditions of Formation and Monitoring of Risks in Bank Sector of Economy
The article evaluates the development of bank sector in Russia and Khabarovsky Krai, as well as interference of banking network expansion and growing demand of economics for bank services. The authors consider the factors of formation of bank activities risks and methods of their estimation, instruments of monetary management by the Bank of Russia, and the role of bank risks monitoring.
