Standardization of water consumption per head and estimation of unregistered water expenditures
The substantiation of water-consumption standards and estimation of the unregistered expenditures of water-supply systems are described in the article. Allowance for these standards, in calculating prime cost, will make it possible to set economically sound tariff for water-supply and reduce unproductive water expenditures.
