Conditions and factors of increasing the efficiency of wastes utilization into economic turnover
This article is about the problem that connecting with increasion of effective using wastes in economic turns. There are some factors in the article that influence on the process of using wastes as a sourse of secondary materials. That factors are found and analysed. All of factors are joined into the four groups, which formed by the following conditions: the national economy and the conception of economic improving, the market of basic and secondary materials, the state control of wastes using.
