The Ukrainian discourses and the Russian paradigm

The article deals with attraction / repulsion between the Russian and the Ukrainian cultures and their manifesting on the level of adopting some political decisions. It shows the qualitative difference in their mental structures that allows the Ukraine to exist and even flourish in the period of crisis and resignation of such situation for Russia.
