THE IMPACT OF STRONG CREDIT CULTURE ON SUCCESSFUL LENDING ACTIVITY

Strong credit culture implies that showing good manners and competence towards customers and each other is not just desirable but necessary. It’s expected that the conduct based on norms and moral values is more efficient than that one presented schematically or in rules. Credit culture creates patterns and ways of employee conduct which have immediate effect on profitability, productivity, and at the same time on the economic result of credit transactions. Thus, credit culture appears as a significant competitive factor.

Keywords: credit culture, subculture, values of the bank, individual values, symbols, strong and weak culture of the bank.
