STRATEGIC ALLIANCES AS A PROMISISNG FORM OF INTEGRATION OF ENTERPRISES (AT THE EXAMPLE OF TIMBER COMPLEX OF KHABAROVSKY KRAI)

Khabarovsky krai has a high potential in lumbering and wood processing. However, the powerful companies are required for processing of the prepared wood. Nowadays, absence of modern processing capacities and lack of a possibility to create them is an actual problem. Therefore, there is a necessity to find an effective form of integration of timber complex companies to secure the transfer of the timber industry into a highly profitable branch.
