THE MECHANISM OF FORMATION OF CONSUMER VALUE OF A STATE SERVICE
Maximum orientation upon state service consumer, which is proclaimed in the reform of public administration sector, means that virtually every element of the chain of interaction should provide a certain effect for service recipient. From this point the article covers the mechanism of the formation of consumer value of state service in the interdependence with the process of creating its value.
