MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES USING THE INNOVATIVE TRAINING METHODS
Education as a purposeful process of teaching and upbrining of man in the interests of him and society appears the main resource of humanity, and is a major generator. It is education that forms new quality structure of population of different countries. In the article the basic problems of development management of contemporary Russian education have been defined. The systems analysis has exposed the necessity of innovative changes in all educational system. Among innovative measures there has been proposed the system’s novation - a transition «school-society» on the normative and methodological basis for perfection of domestic education for increasing competitiveness of specialists.
