INNOVATION STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT OF GK «ROSATOM»
The article deals with the innovation strategy of GK “Rosatom” based on the cluster model which forms economic, budgetary and social efficiency of the basis sector of economy. The competitive advantage of innovation strategy of development of structures of nuclear clusters in national and territorial economy are formed by the flexible managerial system, advanced specialization and teamwork in technological processes, introduction of multilateral models of social and institutional partnership.
