EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

The necessity of considering the system of indicators is a peculiarity of evaluation of effectiveness of business process management. This system includes five groups of indicators: business process indicators, customer satisfaction indicators, product quality indicators, economic and financial indicators, and indicators of organizational structure of management.
