Modern Sources of Finance for Budget and Independent Institutions

Budget and independent institutions are established to solve social problems. Financial resources of budget and independent (state and municipal) institutions are the monetary funds from various sources to maintain their activity. The sources of finance are regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Now during the reform of budget sphere the problem of studying the sources of their financial resources is very important and urgent. Apart from the traditional budget funds, the earnings from other sources, in particular earnings from business activity, are the integral part of their sources of finance.
