MODELLING OF ELASTIC ELECTRONIC POLARIZATION OF HIGH-ALUMINOUS CERAMICS
Efficient modeling of polarization features of any ceramic material in an elastic electronic polarization domain can be realized with a cybernetic model of permittivity. In this work a modeling technique of elastic electronic polarization of high-aluminous ceramics is proposed and the results of computer modeling of real frequency characteristics of complex dielectric permeability for representa-tives of high-aluminous ceramics are given.
