PROBLEMS OF REALIZATION OF PUBLIC PROSECUTORS SUPERVISION OF BUDGET LAW EXECUTION AT THE STAGE OF EXECUTION OF A DECISION ON LOCAL BUDGET

In the article the problems of realization of public prosecutors supervision of budget law execution at the stage of execution of a decision on local budget are considered. The materials on practice of public prosecutors supervision of budget law execution are analyzed. The measures on perfection of organization of public prosecutors supervision of budget law execution at the stage of execution of a decision on local budget are offered.
