THE MODEL OF TRADITIONAL NANAI NUTIRTION IN THE CONTEXT OF EATING BEHAVIOR OF NATIONS OF NORTH-EASTERN AND SOUTH-EASTERN ASIA
Study of nutrition model in the context of culturological paradigm implies its contextual analysis (in comparison with other culture subsystems and eating behavior of neighboring nations) as well as research of mechanisms of nutrition model transformation during the interactions between local cultural complexes. Description of processes of Nanai food signification in comparison with other artifacts of Nanai culture allows to reveal the isomorphous phenomena. The process of interiorization forms the basis of mechanism of adaptation of borrowed products in the culturerecipient: models of cross-cultural interactions of nations become the schemes of regulation of their social and myth-ritual sphere. Connotations of provisions obtained by Nanais are the contamination of local and borrowed meanings.
