DETERMINATION OF CONDITIONS AND FACTORS OF FORMATION OF THE INNOVATION INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX IN KHABAROVSKY KRAI ON THE BASIS OF APPLICATION OF CLUSTER TECHNOLOGIES
The article examines the conditions and the factors of formation of the innovation industrial complex in Khabarovsky Krai on the basis of interaction of subjects which include innovative infrastructure and participants of innovation process. The authors place high emphasis on the factors determining formation and further development of the industrial complex. Formation of integrated structures should promote the increase in efficiency of interactions within industrial complexes. This will result in emergence of social and economic effects and consequently modernization of the economy due to innovation development.
