FORMATION OF INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX ON BASIS OF CLUSTER TECHNOLOGIES (ON THE EXAMPLE OF KHABAROVKY KRAI)
In the article the general conditions and the factors of formation of industrial complex on basis of cluster technologies are analyzed. Efficiency of inclusion of such industries as machine-building, oil-processing, timber industry and transport industry into the structure of industrial complex is considered. The proposed method of industry restructuring results in reduction of the terms of introduction of innovations into production, more effective use of recourse potential of territories and formation of final-target cycles of reproduction.
