YOUTH POLICY AND INFORMAL PARAMETERS OF YOUTH ENVIRONMENT IN THE CITY OF KHABAROVSK

In the article the results of empirical studies of youth environment in the city of Khabarovsk are analyzed. The author draws the conclusion about non-conformity between youth policy and organization principles of youth environment.
