METHODICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF EXCHANGE CURRENCY REGULATION AND CURRENCY CONTROL
In the process of regulation of currency transactions curried out by Russian participants of foreign economic activity the effectiveness of legal norms in the sphere of uniform application of currency law gains in vital importance. Improvement of conceptual apparatus and formation of flexible approaches to regulation of currency transactions connected with non-standard trade transactions will provide expansion of possibilities for participants of currency legal relationships and minimization of judicial contests as well as increase in efficiency of the existing currency control system.
