IMS OF MONITORING COMPLEX OBJECTS. A CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE OF NORMAL SCALES SYSTEM FOR THE ANALYSIS OF THE STATE OF NATURAL OBJECTS ON THE BASIS OF GIS

Problems of geoinformation project construction for obtaining complex assessments by the results of control measurements of various physical quantities with different standard base, linear and nonlinear scales are considered. The geoinformation project is an algorithmic base of the information-measuring system for monitoring complex objects that makes it possible to automate solution of evaluation, monitoring, and forecasting problems.
