Peculiarities of Use of Interactive and Communicative Forms on Web-Sites of Cities’ Administration (on the Example of Kemerovskaya Oblast)

In the paper the results of monitoring of official web-sites of bodies of local gov-ernment in Kemerovskaya Oblast are presented. This monitoring has been made for the purpose of tracking the development dynamics of use of the interactive forms of communications such as survey, on-line reception and forum in accor-dance with increase of the role of electronic means of communication in political governing and involving the population in local governing.
