The State Innovation Policy of Post-Reform China: Content, Periodization and Scope
The article presents the periodization, the institutional structure and the scope of the China’s state innovation policy from 1978 up to the present. In the article the content of scientific research and technological industrialization programs is de-scribed and the institutional and technological structure of state budget expendi-tures on science and innovations is analyzed. The challenges of the innovation policy for the period until 2020 are formulated.
