Dynamical Characteristics of a Packed-Snow Splitter

The mathematical model of a hydrovibrational snow splitter for automotive roads with a gear-type hydropulsator is considered. Numerical solutions to the motion of a knife’s cutting edge and to the pressure in the hydrosystem are given. Experimental investigation results for a prototype are provided.
