Models of Management of Cultural Processes in a Modern City (on the Example of city of Togliatti)

One of the basic problems of management of cultural processes at the present stage is a reorientation of existing in our society conceptions of its goals and tasks and an adjustment of it to the new content. The culturological approach allows to define a degree of readiness of municipal government and social groups to accept purposeful changes in ways of activity, interaction, behavior, valuable orientations and new models of cultural solutions.
