A Role of Civil Society Organizations in Reforming the System of State Services
The paper is devoted to the possibility of transition to the customer-oriented public administration in Russia. One of the means of optimizing the system of state services is interaction of the state and civil society organizations both at a stage of taking administrative decisions and during their implementation.
