Militocracy vs. Creatocracy: Choice of Modernization Model in Modern Russia as a Socio-Philosophical Problem
The possibility of innovative modernization in modern Russia on the basis of solidarity of interests of the state and the society is substantiated in the article. The creative class is considered as one of the main subjects of modernization processes. Carrying out of successful modernization means the refusal from monocentrism of the power that is traditional for Russian political culture and political system. The conclusion that the state has to control economic and political development rather then economy and policy is drawn in the article. The solidarism is considered as an effective ideology and a political philosophy in modern Russia.
