Crisis of Post-Modernism and Return of “the Real”

The author analyzes the ontological premises of the post-modernism critical strategy which is aimed at elimination of “the real” and considers one of the representative attempts of critical overcoming this strategy by its virtualization. The article shows that the given attempt does not eliminate fundamental logical defects of this strategy and proves logical inevitability of restoration of concept of “the real".
