Social Confidence and Social Capital in a Regional Development Policy

In the article the approaches to defining a concept of social capital and social confidence are considered. Different types of social capital and social confidence have been marked out. An approach to investing in a regional social capital for using it in strategies of social-economic regional development has been proposed.
