Formation of Power Rhetoric (Ways of Forming a Common Language for Average Man and Cratos)
In the paper the question of power mentality changes in present-day Russia is considered. Its the authors opinion that nowadays Russia is going through a process of formation of a new language for communication between power and society. This process is connected with structural changes of society and power as well as their interrelations.
