Regional Target-Oriented Programs: Main Problems of State Fiscal Control under Modern Conditions and Ways of Its Improvement
Practice shows that target-oriented programs can be effectively used to control social and economic processes in regions. At a territorial level the program-target method is in growing importance. The programs determine a complex of inter-connected measures aimed at solving the most important economic, social and other problems. The main problems of state fiscal control of the regional target-oriented programs under conditions of result-oriented budgeting, the main ways of organization and development of state fiscal control of the regional target-oriented programs at present-day stage are determined.
