Modeling of Production Process in a Region as a Factor of its Optimization
In the article the problems of modeling of production process in subsidized stagnating provincial regions of the Russian Federation on the basis of application of production function are considered. The factors determining economic growth rate by the example of a separate region are singled out and analyzed. The proposed methodology allows describing correlation of production factors in a region and dynamics of GRP. This approach enables to make production process more controlled, attract attention to strategically important resources and increase their economic efficiency.
